Orders & Returns – Nature’s Gardenscapes
At Nature’s Gardenscapes, we aim to provide you with the best gardening and landscaping
products
along with smooth delivery. Please read our Orders & Returns Policy carefully.
1. Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed through phone, email, or by visiting our store/office.
- Customers must provide accurate details such as name, contact number, delivery
address, and product/service requirements.
- After confirmation, an invoice or order slip will be shared with the customer.
- For large orders or customized projects, an advance payment may be required.
2. Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product/service
availability.
- Deliveries are scheduled as per mutual convenience and location.
- Customers must ensure availability to receive delivery at the scheduled time.
- Delivery charges may apply depending on order size and location.
3. Returns & Replacement
Since plants are living products, we follow a limited return and replacement policy:
- Damaged or defective plants/items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Eligible items may be replaced with the same or similar product (subject to
availability).
- Plants that fail to thrive due to improper care, lack of watering, or unsuitable
conditions are not eligible for replacement.
- Non-plant items (pots, planters, gardening tools, accessories) can be returned
within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will only be initiated after product verification.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Advance payments for customized landscaping, vertical gardens, or AMC services are
non-refundable once started.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
- After 24 hours, cancellation charges may apply (especially for customized projects
or special orders).
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and service-based contracts are non-cancellable
once services commence.
