Welcome to Nature’s Gardenscapes. By using our services, website, or making a purchase with us,
you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
- We provide gardening, landscaping, plant supply, and maintenance services as per our service list.
- Service availability may vary based on location and seasonal conditions.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are subject to separate agreements.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be confirmed through phone, email, or official representatives.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed orders remain unaffected.
- Payments must follow invoice terms. Delays may result in suspension of services.
- For online/UPI payments, we use secure channels but are not liable for third-party errors.
3. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery and installation will be scheduled as per mutual agreement.
- Customers must ensure access to the site at the scheduled time.
- Delays due to weather or transport issues will be communicated in advance.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details about space, water supply, and other requirements.
- After installation, basic plant care is customer’s responsibility unless under AMC.
- Damage caused by negligence (e.g., lack of watering) is not covered under warranty.
5. Warranty & Limitations
- Plants require proper care; survival is not guaranteed if instructions are ignored.
- Warranty (if applicable) covers replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Landscaping and irrigation systems are covered as per project agreements.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours; cancellation charges may apply after that.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
- AMC and service contracts are non-refundable once started.
7. Liability
- We are not responsible for damages due to natural disasters, weather, or external factors.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and materials by Nature’s Gardenscapes are our intellectual
property and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website.
